What the site is
docflowhq.com is a marketing site for Docflow, governance for agent-led software. Clarity, the desktop companion, is in development. This site does not offer a download and does not create an account.
Software
Docflow and Clarity are distributed under the licenses in their own repositories and packages; these terms don't license or warrant them. GitHub, npm, and the documentation host have their own terms.
Roadmap language on the site, including that Clarity is in development, is not a commitment to a release date.

Cookies
Cookies are described in the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or interfere with other visitors. Probing the site is misuse unless it follows Security.
Security

Ownership
EvolveHQ OÜ owns the site content and the Docflow and Clarity names. Using the site grants no rights to them.
Changes to the site
We may change or take down the site.
Disclaimer and liability
The site content is provided as is, for information. To the extent the law allows, EvolveHQ OÜ is not liable for indirect loss from using the site. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act or EU consumer law.
Severability
If a court holds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. The courts of Tallinn (Harju County Court) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
